Endless Longing specialises exclusively in vinyl records.

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For international orders, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Each record is visually graded carefully and described honestly. Minor cosmetic marks or light surface noise consistent with the stated condition are not considered defects.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect format assumptions, or compatibility issues.

We do not offer exchanges.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
