Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

Each record is described carefully and graded conservatively. Minor cosmetic marks or light surface noise consistent with the stated condition are not considered defects.

If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
